WHEN WILL MY VICTORIA EMERSON ORDER SHIP?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Once shipped, most orders usually arrive in about 5 to 7 business days. Sit back, relax and wait for your beautiful order to arrive!

WHY DOESN'T THE PRICE IN THE BANNERS MATCH WHAT I SEE ON THE WEBSITE?

We use USD as the default currency in all promotions, banners and social media posts. When you visit the site, our products will automatically show in your local currency. To view product pricing in other currencies, please change with the button on the top right hand corner of the website.

 

WHY DOESN'T THE DISCOUNT CODE APPLY TO ALL OF THE ITEMS IN MY CART? I THOUGHT THIS WAS A SITE-WIDE SALE? LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

While most of our items are included in our site-wide sales, we do have some collections that are generally excluded from discounts. Mystery Gifts, Demi-Fine items and certain Collaboration Collections (i.e. Emily Gemma) are typically excluded. Items that are already on sale/clearance are also not further reduced.

 

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE EXTRA MATERIAL AT THE END OF MY WRAP BRACELET?

You can definitely trim off the the extra loops at the end of the bracelet if you find they're in the way! We recommend doing it with a pair of scissors that will give you a clean straight cut so that it keeps it tidy and together.

 

CAN MY VICTORIA EMERSON BRACELET GET WET?

As tempting as it is to swim with your bracelet, we suggest that you don't get them wet as it can damage the crystals, stones, and leather. Store in a cool, dry, place.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP WITH?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

 

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR CANADIAN ORDERS?

No, all of our Canadian orders ship from our Canadian location and as a result there are no additional duties.

 

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR AMERICAN ORDERS?

No, all of our US orders ship from our US location and as a result there are no additional duties.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping and taxes. If you order outside of North America you might have additional duties and taxes.
