Keeping up with quality
The Gold Standard
We follow all guidelines in place, holding us to the highest standard. Our jewelry is officially Gold-Plated meaning each piece is plated in 0.15 to 0.25 mils thick of Gold. There are no cutting corners (or should we say, cutting 'Gold') here.
The *chef's kiss* of Gold jewelry
18K Gold Vermeil
Pronounced "ver·may", all of our Vermeil pieces follow the high industry standards. We use 9.25 Silver as the base, plate 0.15 mils or thicker, and always use 18K Gold for its luxurious shine.
WRAP YOURSELF IN JOY AND SPARKLE
It all started with an idea...
To create gorgeous & simple accessible jewelry for everyone.
FOUNDED IN 2012
Victoria Emerson is a family owned and operated business with a small but mighty team. Over the years our accessories have become loved by women around the world.
GROWING IN POPULARITY
We're lucky to call celebrities like Jessica Alba, Vanessa Hudgens, Julianne Hough, Candace Cameron Bure, Busy Philipps, Brenda Song, Mary Fitzgerald and Chrishell Stause fans of the brand! 💖
WHAT DOES 'PLATED' MEAN?
If something is Gold Plated, it means there's a base metal (ex. in the case of Vermeil, it must be 9.25 Silver) that's coated in layers of Gold. This gives us jewelry that's both genuine Gold and without all the maintenance solid Gold needs.
ARE 14K AND 18K GOLD DIFFERENT?
Yes, they are! The difference is how pure the Gold is. 24K Gold is the purest, and the lower the karat, the more it's been mixed with other metals. This can help it stronger as 24K Gold is actually really soft and can scratch or warp easily.
OMG I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!
There's nothing wrong with having questions! We created a blog to help with just that. Check out Get To Know Your Gold and it should be able to help answer all your Gold related questions :)
